Dr. Hindman believes in the value of wellness care and has maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most people now have $40+ co-pays and high deductibles so there is no difference between what your copay is and my standard Chiropractic office visit charge. Your visit charge is all inclusive. If you need physical therapy, exercise prescriptions, stretching, or modalities, these are covered in your office visit charge. Your visit can be applied to your out of network deductible and your treatment is covered under Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
We are a fee for service office. This means is that we collect payment at the time of service. We found that by doing this we are able to offer more affordable prices to our patients and they are reimbursed more quickly when they send in their own insurance claim forms. We will assist you in filing your claim by giving a detailed receipt that will include all infromation needed by any insurance company. This form merely needs to be mailed or faxed to your insurance company for reimbursement. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, it is important to call your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network Chiropractic and/or Acupuncture benefits.
We are in network BWC (workmans comp) providers and will accept re-imbursement directly from them.
$150 for Initial exam for Chiropractic and/or Acupuncture patients
$70 for Acupuncture treatment
$50 for Re-examination
$50 for Chiropractic manipulation
Our office policy is to have our patients pay at the time of visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
We are a non-participating provider for Medicare and Medicaid. This means that we do not accept what Medicare reimburses as full payment. Medicare only covers "Medically Necessary" adjustments. It does not cover Exams, Consultations, Maintenance Care Adjustments, Acupuncture, Supplements, Orthopedic Supplies, or any service other than "Medically Necessary" Chiropractic Adjustments.
